Amit Khurana was working as the Executive Vice President – HR at YES Bank till May 2012.
He has over 18 years of cross functional experience in all the facets of Human Resources, Business Development, Project Management, Risk & Operations with MNC Companies like YES Bank, Prudential UK, AVIVA, GE Capital, Fullerton (Temasek, Singapore), New York Life, BNP Paribas Bank in India and UK.
Amit holds a degree in Electronics and Law. He has completed his management degree from Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Ghaziabad, India. Amit has also completed the Human Resources Executive Program from University of Michigan, USA.
Amit has worked extensively in the areas of Recruitment, Competency design, Succession management, Learning & Development and Leadership Development. He also has extensive experience in the areas of process design and quality management to create scale and efficiency. At both Fullerton & Prudential UK, he has driven cost productivity across the organization through work methodization & norming, and process & structure optimization.
Amit has been active in various industry forums like the National HRD Network and All India Management Association (AIMA). He has contributed across varied functions such as Corporate Employee Relations, Compensation, Job Evaluation and Career Planning in specialist roles.
Amit has contributed papers and articles to various magazines and journals.
